UL Bohemian shattered Blackrock's unbeaten record in the final game of the Women's AIL regular season.
Blackrock were camped in the visitors' 22 for the opening half-hour, but against the run of play 'Bohs' wing Liz Bourke broke away to bag a try, which went unconverted.
Blackrock soon replied with out-half Tania Rosser showing her class and scoring under the posts before Jeamie Deacon added the extras to put the hosts 7-5 ahead at the interval.
The visitors bagged two quick tries early in the second half from back-row Chloe Pearse and Bourke, before the latter ran in for her hat-trick on 70 minutes to seal a 22-7 victory.
The win saw Bohs overtake 'Rock and secure top spot for the play-offs.
Reigning champions Old Belvedere secured third position with a gritty 15-8 away win over Galwegians who, as a result, lost the last semi-final spot to Railway Union who will now travel to face Bohs next Sunday. Blackrock will host Old Belvedere in the other semi.
