The long wait will continue for UL Bohs as the ODM Munster Senior Cup was snatched from their grasp seven minutes into injury-time thanks to a try from Cork Con's Niall O'Driscoll.
Declan Moroney's 65th minute try, converted by Ben Martin, looked like being the decisive score in a bruising encounter, but sustained pressure from Con saw O'Driscoll go over in the left corner to earn the Cork team a 24th title by the narrowest of margins.
It had started brilliantly for the students, Mossie Lawlor grounding under the posts after only five minutes, with Ben Martin adding the extras. However, Con regained parity seven minutes before the break when some neat handling from Scott Deasy enabled O'Driscoll to go over, Jonathan Holland adding a tricky conversion.
Holland then gave the Cork side the lead for the first time with a penalty, before Moroney's moment of magic looked to have sealed it for Bohs.
