Munster Rugby recently held a development workshop at Limerick Institute of Technology coordinated by coach development officer Noel O'Meara.

Over 22 coaches from clubs and schools in Limerick, Clare and Tipperary attended the evening with players from the North Munster Development squad facilitating the practical modules.

The session was split between an indoor presentation and outdoor session followed by a questions and answers forum.

As part of the continuous coach development programme Munster Rugby will be hosting a coaching best practice from a laws perspective on January 25. The workshop will be tutored by World Cup referee Johnny Lacey and is open to all club and schools coaches working at stages 2,3, and 4.

Information on coach development workshops throughout Munster will be sent to clubs and schools within the province.
