Keith Earls could be a doubt for Ireland's clash with New Zealand in a fortnight's time after he was sent off in today's Champions Cup clash with Glasgow at Thomond Park.

The Ireland international produced an amazing off-load in the fourth minute of the game to send Tyler Bleyendaal clear to score the opening try of the game.

Jaco Taute added a second as Munster, inspired by a packed Thomond crowd who came to pay homage to the late Anthony Foley, put the squeeze on the Scots.

Earls involvement was cut short however after a dangerous tip tackle in Frazer Brown.

Jerome Garces deemed that Earls had lifted his opponent above the horizontal and Brown had landed on his head.
