'Super form at Mick Galwey's 50th': Frankie Sheahan shares heartwarming photo of Anthony Foley with Munster legends just last weekend

Just a week before his tragic death, Anthony Foley shared a few drinks with his former Munster team-mates at a party to celebrate Mick Galwey's 50th birthday.

In a lovely photo shared on social media by ex-Munster hooker Frankie Sheahan, Foley is seen laughing with a number of his old comrades in a picture that encapsulates the togetherness that permeated every fibre of that legendary team.

Foley's untimely death at just 42 has caused a string of people - both inside of rugby and out - to share their favourite memories of the Ireland and Munster legend, but few tributes will be as poignant as Sheahan's.

Foley was Munster to the core and it is nice that he was still so close to his former team-mates eight years after retiring as a player.
