Con are fourth after last weekend's sensational 58-15 win away to former leaders UCD. Con have a game in hand on the three sides ahead of them as they look to establish themselves as genuine contenders.

Garryowen have fallen away and despite a 12-3 win at home to Terenure last time out, it wasn't enough to hold on to fourth place. However a win over Con will push them back into the play-off positions.

Young Munster are third, six points clear of both of their Munster rivals. They host UCD at Tom Clifford Park tomorrow.

In Division 1B, Shannon lost last weekend but will hope to bounce back when they welcome leaders St Mary's to Thomond Park. There is a Munster derby at Irish Independent Park where Dolphin are at home to struggling UL Bohemians.

In 2A, UCC welcome Naas to the Mardyke. Nenagh Ormond are away to Queen's University. Thomond travel to take on Banbridge, and Cashel host Skerries. In 2B, Sunday's Well are away to leaders City of Derry. Highfield host Armagh.

In the bottom tier, past-setters Old Crescent host Kanturk. Bruff are at home to Navan, and Midleton travel to Wanderers.
