Munster notched their third straight win as they shut out the Ospreys at Irish Independent Park en route to a 33-0 bonus point win.
Rassie Erasmus' men have rediscovered the province's best qualities in the aftermath of the tragic passing of coach Anthony Foley, with the men in red once again giving a performance filled with controlled aggression to blow away their opponents.
Their Welsh rivals were no match for them in Cork tonight, with Munster outscoring the Ospreys by five tries to none to move to the summit of the Pro12 table.
Munster led 14-0 inside 15 minutes, with tries from Dave Kilcoyne and Darren Sweetnam putting Erasmus' outfit in firm control at the break.
In form wing Ronan O'Mahony crossed 15 minutes into the second half before Kilcoyne secured the bonus point with ten minutes to go.
Back row Robin Copeland added further gloss to the scoreline with Munster's fifth and final five-pointer with two minutes to go.
Munster now lead Leinster and the Ospreys by two points at the top of the table, although Leo Cullen's men could regain top spot after tomorrow's clash with Zebre.
