It has been five years since Munster A's lone British and Irish Cup success and they have a big opportunity to claim a semi-final place when they face an understrength Ulster A side in Irish Independent Park tomorrow (3.0).

Ulster's Pro12 clash against Zebre this evening means that several players who might have been involved with the A team are unavailable.

Munster, on the other hand have a week off, which has allowed Peter Malone to include several players with senior experience.

Sam Arnold makes a welcome return from a knee injury, while Dan Goggin, Conor Oliver and Robin Copeland have featured regularly for Rassie Erasmus' side.

Hooker Duncan Casey is among the replacements as he looks to make his first appearance in red since injuring his knee in Munster's Champions Cup win over Glasgow Warriors in October.

It could be a difficult afternoon for Ulster A in Cork.
