Listowel'S U-18 squad have begun preparations for the season ahead as they look forward to stepping up from the U-16 grade.

Head coach Aidan Mulvihill put the players through their paces in the town's Cows Lawn as they took part in training modules which included continuity in contact and ball-handling skills.

The group of players have come through the club's U-16 age grade where they enjoyed many successes last season and look forward to their first competitive fixture against Tralee RFC in the coming weeks.
