Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Cup holders Cork Constitution will begin the defence of their crown with a trip to Highfield.

The prize for victory is a home quarter-final against the winners of the Limerick derby between Shannon and Garryowen.

Thomond will host Young Munster and face the winners of UL Bohemian and Cashel while Cork clubs Dolphin and Sundays Well battle it out, with the winner travelling to either Kanturk or Nenagh.

Midleton will entertain Old Crescent; the winners will take on Bruff or UCC.

Bank of Ireland south west regional manager David Merriman said: "We are delighted to confirm our sponsorship. The club game is the lifeblood of rugby in the province, and Bank of Ireland is pleased to be aligned with the values and traditions that it represents.

"Rugby clubs are so often the centre of the local community in towns up and down the province and our network of 70 branches in the province is neatly placed to complement this. The Sponsorship is therefore a natural fit."
