First up were the Munster U-20s who travelled to Belfast last Friday to take on reigning champions Ulster at Queen's University.

Tries from Dave O'Mahony and John Foley secured a 18-17 win, putting them in a good position as they prepare to take on Leinster tonight at the Mardyke, Cork .

Joey Conway, Conor Fitzgerald and Alex McHenry crossed the whitewash for the U-19s, who claimed a 17-13 away win over Ulster last Saturday in their inter-pro opener.

They host Leinster at CIT, Cork tomorrow as they bid for two wins in a row.

Suffered

The U-18 Clubs suffered a 29-21 loss to Leinster in Donnybrook last weekend. Tries from Odhran Ring, Alex Molloy and Conor Ferms, all converted by captain Dave McCarthy, were not enough to secure a win in their opening fixture.

The side face Connacht tomorrow in their second inter-pro fixture.

Donnybrook also hosted the Munster U-18 Schools last weekend which saw them suffer a 25-16 defeat to Leinster.

Charlie Carmody scored Munster's only try, converted by James Taylor, with Peter Sylvester adding three penalties, but to no avail.

Their final fixture of the series will take place on Saturday, September 19 at CBC, Cork when they take on Ulster.
