High demand predicted for home tie

If results go their way tomorrow and Munster get a home semi-final in the Pro12 play-offs, they will be playing on Saturday, May 23 at Thomond Park (2.30).

The two play-offs are taking place on Friday, May 22 (7.45) and the next day.

If the semi-final does take place in the Limerick venue, then in accordance with Pro12 rules, Munster will be supplying the opposition fans with 25pc of their ticket allocation.

These will be spaced evenly and will be categorised by their price.

In the eventually Munster are playing at home, the tickets will be allocated via the Munster Rugby Supporters' Club and the Munster clubs from tomorrow evening.

These tickets are set to be available until Monday 18 (6.0pm), after which any tickets that haven't already been allocated they will sold as part of the public sale which is done through Ticketmaster.

There would also be tickets on public sale from Saturday evening (8.0) available via Ticketmaster.

If Munster are to be away from home in the semi-final, they will travel to take on either Glasgow or Ulster on Friday, May 22, or if it was Ospreys it would take place the following day.

Tickets would then be available through the Munster Rugby Supporters' Club and the Munster clubs by Saturday evening.

Public sale would then begin on the Sunday evening (6.0) and end on Monday evening (6.0). All of the tickets that remain unpurchased by the Monday evening are to be returned by the host club.
