Copeswood Leprechaun blitz a roaring success

Munster Rugby recently hosted a Leprechaun Rugby Blitz for primary school pupils at Copeswood Gaels RFC in Pallaskenry.
Over 100 boys and girls from Kildimo, Pallaskenry, and Kilcornan schools took part.
The purpose of the blitz was to bring schools across Limerick together so that children from a variety of backgrounds are given the opportunity to form a link with sports clubs in their area.

Munster also hosted a workshop for Tralee's U-15 and U-16 players at Ballyard.
The workshop was facilitated by Munster community officer Ray Gadsden and coordinated by Tralee's underage coaches Sean Brosnan and Gordon Kerins.
Players worked on modules which included realignment, decision-making and catch/pass techniques.
This was the first in a number of workshops to be held throughout the province which focuses on the development of underage players.
To book a workshop at your club, please contact your local Community Rugby Officer or email email@example.com for more details.
