Cookies bid to kick on against leaders after breaking duck

The Ulster Bank League Division 1A returns this weekend and Young Munster welcome leaders Old Belvedere to Tom Clifford Park tomorrow (2.0).

The Cookies are ninth after five rounds of action, with just one win so far - a 34-29 success at Ballynahinch last time out.

Garryowen make the daunting trip to reigning champions Lansdowne at the Aviva Stadium, where victory could see them take over at the top if results go their way elsewhere.

Cork Con are looking for their second win of the season when they host bottom of the table Ballynahinch.

In 1B, UL Bohemians make the difficult journey to Stradbrook for a clash with Blackrock College, while seventh-placed Dolphin take on Buccaneers at Irish Independent Park, and Shannon face a tough ask at home to Old Wesley at Thomond Park.

In Division 2A, leaders Cashel host Malone at Spafield. In a Munster derby, Thomond host Nenagh Ormond at Liam Fitzgerald Park. UCC make the long trip to face Queen's University at Dub Lane.

In 2B, Sundays Well travel to take on Bective Rangers at Donnybrook, Highfield welcome Seapoint to Woodleigh Park.

And in the bottom tier, Bruff face Midleton at Kilballyowen Park. Kanturk are on the road - they play Navan RFC at Balreask Old, and Old Crescent host Wanderers at Rosbrien.
