Reigning champions Cork Con face a tricky away tie against UL Bohemians as they open their account in the 2016 Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Cup.
The winners will take their place at home in a quarter-final tie against the winners of Nenagh Ormond or Garryowen.
The final Division 1A outfit, Young Munster, face an away day against Kanturk in their first-round game. They play the winners of Shannon and Sunday's Well in the quarter-final.
In the other games, Dolphin and Highfield clash in a Cork derby, and they face the victors from the Old Crescent and Midleton match-up. UCC and Bruff are also set to play, and they are due to meet the winners from the Cashel and Thomond game.
Bank of Ireland UL Campus staff member Denise Flynn says they are delighted to be a part of such a successful competition as the Munster Senior Cup goes from strength to strength.
"One of our strategic priorities in Bank of Ireland is to create a community bank where our branches are community centres for our customers," she said.
"We are delighted to sponsor the Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Cup Draw 2016/17.
"The club game is the lifeblood of rugby in the province and Bank of Ireland with over 73 branches in Munster is pleased to be connected with the values and traditions that the clubs present.
"We look forward to another competitive year and exciting competition and would like to wish all senior clubs involved every success in the season ahead.
