Marshall boosts Ulster cause

Bristol v Ulster Ravens,
Memorial Stadium, 3.0

LUKE MARSHALL starts for a strong-looking Ulster Ravens side tomorrow after being on the bench for Ulster's Heineken Cup clash with Glasgow Warriors last night.

Bristol opened their campaign with a win last weekend and will prove a sterner test than Bridgend, who succumbed 49-19 against the Ravens last time out.

Allen Clarke's side have a lot of senior experience, especially in the back-row.

Roger Wilson is still adjusting after a lengthy injury lay-off and Clarke will be hoping for big things from his most experienced player tomorrow.

Verdict: Ulster Ravens

ULSTER RAVENS -- P Nelson; R Andrew, M Allen, L Marshall, C Cochrane; S Olding, M Heaney; R Lutton, N Annett, A Macklin; A O'Connor, N McComb (capt); R Diack, A Birch, R Wilson. Reps: N Brady, K McCall, J Simpson, C Joyce, B McIlroy, N O'Connor, S McCloskey.
