Sean O'Brien is poised to make his first appearance since being named in Warren Gatland's Lions squad following the tight hamstring strain that forced him out of Leinster's Champions Cup semi-final defeat against Clermont.

"He's had some issues in the past with his hamstring so it's just important that he gets back and he's healthy for us towards the end of the season and into the Lions," said Leinster assistant coach John Fogarty, ahead of this weekend's trip to Belfast.

"He's been rehabbing, he's in good nick. He's on the gym floor, he's on the pitch this week. It's just about making sure he's in a good spot."

Dominic Ryan is definitely out after suffering a bicep injury but Jack Conan (calf), Sean Cronin (neck) and Robbie Henshaw (rib) could be available.
