Leinster flanker Sean O'Brien is a late withdrawal from tonight's PRO12 semi-final against the Scarlets at the RDS after suffering from a tightness in his calf.

O'Brien had been named on the bench for the final four tie, having missed Leinster's Champions Cup semi-final defeat against Clermont through injury. The flanker had previously played brilliantly in their last eight win over Wasps at the Aviva Stadium, getting selected in Warren Gatland's Lions squad shortly afterwards.

O'Brien's withdrawal means out-half Ross Byrne comes onto the bench, with the province originally opting for a 5-2 split on the bench between forwards and backs.

Here is the revised squad for tonight's game, which kicks off at 7.45pm.
