Leinster fullback Rob Kearney will miss the province's game against Edinburgh this Friday after injuring his knee in the loss to Glasgow.
The Ireland international, who scored a try in the 33-25 away defeat, was withdrawn on the hour mark after taking a knock, with the team today announcing that he will be unavailable for the trip to Murrayfield.
The province said that Kearney will have the injury checked out at the Sports Surgery Clinic in Santry today.
Captain Isa Nacewa and Fergus McFadden will both be assessed later in the week before a decision is made on their availability.
McFadden was named to start against Glasgow but had to withdraw on the day after injuring his quad in the captain's run.
