Leinster players and coaches to 'shave or dye' in support of departing defence coach Kurt McQuilkin

The Pro12 season starts this weekend and the Leinster team will look a little different when they begin their league campaign on Friday night.
Leo Cullen's men take on Treviso at the RDS this week, but part of their preparation for the Italian side will require a trip to the barber.
It was announced a few weeks ago that defence coach Kurt McQuilkin will be leaving the province to return to New Zealand for personal reasons, and the players and staff have rallied around the Kiwi with a great gesture.
In order to raise money for McQuilkin and his family, the team are taking part in a 'shave or dye' campaign, which will see players and coaches either shave their head or colour their hair.
Mike Ross, Cian Healy, Fergus McFadden and Sean Cronin are just some of the players who were urging people to donate on their social media accounts, and it will be interesting to see how many of the players choose the dye option and relive the glory days of summer holiday bleached hair.
Any suggestions gratefully received! My only fear is that it won't grow back https://t.co/W1h00QNRa9— Mike Ross (@MikeRoss03) August 29, 2016
