Leinster confirm signing of Mick Kearney

Leinster have signed Mick Kearney from Connacht while head coach Matt O'Connor has confirmed that there are now 27 players registered for next season.
With Johnny Sexton on his way back to Leinster, the province have been boosted by the addition of Kearney as well as Royce Burke-Flynn and Ian Hirst.
"I am very happy to have signed on with Leinster for the coming season and I look forward to working hard to add to a proven winning environment and culture," said Kearney.
"Having said that I am very grateful to Connacht and all the staff and coaches over the years but in particular Eric Elwood, Dan McFarland and Pat Lam for the opportunities afforded to me since I made my debut in 2011. I am just focused now on finishing out the season with Connacht as best as I can and helping them to secure the top six position that I feel our efforts deserve."
O'Connor said that the addition of Kearney will be a major boost for Leinster going forward.
"We are delighted to secure the services of Mick Kearney. Leo Cullen and Marco Caputo have been very impressed with his progress and he has done well over the last number of seasons with Connacht and we think that he will contribute hugely to the set up here.
