Leinster Rugby's charity partner Aware ran a fundraiser at the Leinster v Ulster game at the RDS on New Year's Eve, and the support of the 18,200 strong crowd helped to raise €6,640 for the charity.

At the recent game in the RDS against Edinburgh, Rhys Ruddock, Richardt Strauss and Rebecca and Sharon (above) from the official Leinster supporters' club presented Aware with a cheque for €6,640.

The money raised will directly help Aware deliver its mental health support, education and information services.

These services are changing lives and, in some cases, saving lives, lives which have been devastated at times by the impact of ongoing depression or bipolar disorder.
