DEBRA Ireland are one of Leinster Rugby’s charity partners for the next two seasons.
DEBRA Ireland was established to provide support services to patients and families living with the debilitating skin condition EB (epidermolysis bullosa). DEBRA also drives research into treatments and cures for those living with the condition.
This week – 24th to the 29th October – is EB Awareness Week and Leinster Rugby is asking Leinster supporters to do what they can to support DEBRA Ireland.
There will be a number of events throughout the week and in particular at the Connacht match next Friday evening, 29th October in the RDS, Leinster will be asking as many people as possible to wear an EB butterfly tattoo at the game.
The tattoos will be handed out in the grounds and all you have to do is take a snap, use the hashtag #ReleaseYourButterfly and text BUTTERFLY to 50300 to donate €4 to DEBRA Ireland.
DEBRA provides hope and support to those living with EB and Leinster Rugby are delighted to be supporting the 300 people currently living in Ireland with the condition.
