Leinster prop Cian Healy has been cited for 'dangerous play at the ruck' during Leinster's 37-24 win over Connacht last Saturday at the Sportsgrounds in Galway.

Healy has been reported by the Citing Commissioner in charge for alleged foul play against a Connacht player under Law 10.4 which stipulates that a player must not charge into a ruck.

A Disciplinary Hearing will be held in Edinburgh on Wednesday, April 19 at 5pm. The Disciplinary Committee will comprise of Pamela Woodman (Chair), Kathrine Mackie and Roddy MacLeod (all Scotland).

Healy has previously been handed a two week suspension for a knee to the head of Guilhem Guirado during Leinster's Champions Cup win over Toulon last season, while in 2013 he was handed a three week suspension for stamping on England's Dan Cole during the 2013 Six Nations.
