Carlow roar back to see off Tullamore

Carlow's U-17 rugby team's second Cup final visit this season to Donnybrook brought success last week in a 31-11 victory over Tullamore.
Winning this Leinster Cup final on the May Bank Holiday Monday went some way towards assuaging their narrow loss to Navan in the League final, at the same venue.
The win over Tullamore was far from straightforward.
At half-time, Carlow prop John Murphy was in the sin bin and Tullamore led by 11-3, and looked good value for this lead, but the Oakpark side upped the tempo in the second half and tries from Ross Dunphy, Jody Murphy, Conor Crowley and excellent kicking from Mark McDermott saw them home.
Well done to coach Tom Crotty and all the lads on their achievement last Monday and over the whole season.
