Leinster will wait until later in the week to decide whether they risk a number of their walking wounded for what is effectively a dead rubber in their final Guinness PRO 12 outing away to Ulster this weekend.

Sean O'Brien will return to full training this week from the tight hamstring that forced him out of the Champions Cup defeat to Clermont and will be assessed as the week progresses.

Jack Conan was ruled out of the Glasgow Warriors game with a tight calf picked up in the Captain's Run and will also be monitored this week.

Sean Cronin continues to rehab the neck injury picked up in the Clermont defeat while Robbie Henshaw will do the same with the rib injury sustained in that game.

Dominic Ryan, who picked up an early bicep injury just moments after opening the scoring against Glasgow at the RDS, may have played his last game for his province; Ryan may yet join Ulster but will definitely not play against them this season.
