Lansdowne show no mercy




Top met bottom at Annacotty with the inevitable result of a landslide win for the Dubliners, who scored four tries courtesy of Simon Morrissey, Craig Ronaldson, Patrick O'Driscoll and Ron Bouchier and they were also awarded a penalty try.

Ronaldson also kicked three penalties and two conversions with former UL Bohemian player Ed Torrie kicking two conversions.

Behind 28-0 at the interval, UL Bohemian did rally to score a 55th-minute try by Sean Rennisson which Ben Martin converted, but the club is staring relegation in the face.

Old Belvedere 32

A fighting finish by Old Belvedere at Temple Hill saw the Dublin side snatch two bonus points thanks to an injury-time try by John Kennedy.

Trailing 37-13 midway through the second half as Con' scored their fourth try and bonus point, Belvo' ran in three tries late on with Colin Mallon, Kieran O'Gorman and Kennedy all crossing; Josh Glynn converted two to ease their relegation worries.

John Ryan got a first-half try for Con' and Johnny Holland kicked a conversion and two penalties to add to a Danny Riordan try, and a conversion and penalty. Darragh Lyons and Andrew Cudmore scored further tries after the break for Con'.
