The Pro12 play-offs

As a true-blue Leinster supporter, I just want them to go all the way. In fairness, for Ronan O'Gara and myself, it would be great if it was a Munster v Leinster final.

Leo Cullen

He's the silent captain in the background. He's the most successful captain in Europe, but he never lifted the trophy himself.

His first instinct is always to give someone else the privilege of lifting the trophy. That shows the measure and calibre of the person. He doesn't go out of his way to be heard, but, nevertheless, when he does something, it demands to be listened to by all of us.

His role as mental skills coach with Auckland Blues

From my experience, it's basically knowing you can only focus on what you can control. It's always about the next week and the next game. You have no influence on any other results in the competition.

So, if your focus is only on yourselves, you shouldn't trip over any hurdles that you're thinking about in the future. It's about zoning the guys into one task at a time and telling them that's all you can control.
