Firmly regarded as one of the best number nines in world rugby, Munster and Ireland scrum-half Conor Murray shares his secrets on the art of passing.
With two Six nations titles and 35 caps to his name, the Limerick man's incisive passing off both sides marks him as a cut above the rest.
Murray shared his tips and tricks on how to master the perfect passing technique.
“A scrum half will make between 50 and 60 passes from the deck during a match and proper technique is key to success," he says.
"The secret to an accurate and fast pass is getting your bodyweight through the ball and not having a strong wrist, which is a common misconception.”
