Hayes gets nod for Glasgow test

MUNSTER coach Tony McGahan is "delighted" to have secured the services of Queensland Reds' Will Chambers, but he won't feature against the Warriors in Glasgow tonight while his work permit is processed.

Chambers has joined on a short-term deal from the Super 15 outfit and can operate either at midfield or on the wing.

"We're delighted to be able to secure the services of a quality player," McGahan said.

Munster made a winning start to their Pro12 campaign last week and McGahan has made four changes to that side, including introducing an entirely new front-row.

Wian du Preez, Damien Varley and John Hayes start ahead of Marcus Horan, Stephen Archer and Mike Sherry, while there is no place in the match-day squad for former Springbok World Cup winning prop BJ Botha. The only change in the backline sees Simon Zebo replace Denis Hurley, who has a slight hamstring strain.

A win for Munster would see them move on to 12 consecutive wins and surpass the record set by Leinster. Tonight's hosts succumbed to Ulster in Belfast last weekend and Sean Lineen makes four changes, including the introduction of Henry Pyrgos in place of Colin Gregor.
