Shane Jennings and Brendan Macken to make Leinster comebacks for Scarlets visit

Leinster players David Kearney, left, Rhys Ruddock, and Shane Jennings, right, arrive for squad training ahead of their side's Celtic League match against Scarlets on Saturday

SHANE JENNINGS and Brendan Macken look set to return to action for Leinster this weekend for the visit of the Scarlets. However, Isa Nacewa and Kevin McLaughlin remain doubtful for the Blues.

Jennings missed Saturday’s comfortable victory over Treviso after failing to fully recover from a shoulder knock but the Ireland flanker is expected to resume full training and be available for selection.

Macken will also return after a slight hamstring strain kept him out of action in recent weeks.

Kevin McLaughlin is a doubt with a knee injury while Leinster medical staff will continue to monitor the arm injury which has kept Isa Nacewa sidelined.

Centre Andrew Goodman was substituted on Saturday evening after a bang to the eye but should be fine and has already resumed full training.

Academy second row Ben Marshall (knee) is also expected to be in the frame after featuring in the last two fixtures.
