Repeat of 2013 final for opening weekend of the new Guinness PRO12

The PRO12 has welcomed Guinness as its' new title sponsor ahead after the fixtures for the coming season were announced.

The GUINNESS PRO12 as it will be called after the company took over sponsorship of the competition from RaboDirect, will burst into action in the first weekend of September (5/6/7th) 2014.

The pick of the ties will see a repeat of the last season’s final where Glasgow Warriors will host back-to-back champions Leinster.

Munster too will be in Scotland as the first competitive game of Anthony Foley’s reign will begin in Murrayfield against Edinburgh.

Ulster will travel to the Scarlets while Connacht will host the Newport Gwent Dragons at the Sportsground.

The kick off times for the first half of the season will be issued shortly tournmanent director David Jordan said.
