Connacht will begin the defence of their Pro12 title at home to the previous winners Glasgow Warriors on September 3 at 5.15.

Rassie Erasmus' first game in charge of Munster will be in Wales against the Scarlets.

Last year's beaten finalists Leinster have the enviable task of opening their campaign at home to Treviso, while Ulster welcome the Dragons to Belfast, also on September 2.

The Pro12 organisers have launched the six 'Big Weekends' which includes Leinster's annual inter-pro derby against Munster at the Aviva Stadium on October 8.
