Du Toit rounds off win

King's Hospital 22
Wesley 13

THREE breakaway tries proved decisive as King's Hospital beat Wesley in this Leinster Senior Cup first-round game at Terenure RFC.

KH opened the scoring on nine minutes, with centre Tom Quigley racing from inside his '22' for the touchdown.

Greg Hawe converted a Wesley penalty from half-way on 15 minutes, before Ben Heather scored the winners' second try following another counter-attack. However, Wesley hit back with a penalty from Hawe and a try from Stephen Young, which Hawe converted.

Wesley were camped on their opponents' line for much of the second half, but were undone by two sucker-punches delivered by Graham Reynolds and Brian du Toit for King's Hospital.
