I was born in 1995 and started playing rugby for Galwegians RFC at the age of four. I played Gaelic football with my club Salthill-Knocknacarra and Galway all the way up to minor level. I went to St Joseph's College (the Bish) up until the Junior Cert and Cistercian College Roscrea for 5th and 6th year.

I have been capped at Irish Schools, U-19 and U-20 level. I've been involved in Connacht development squads since I was U-14 and used to be a ball boy at Connacht games until I was 13 years of age.

Favourite Connacht game: Connacht's first home game in the Heineken Cup against Toulouse was an unbelievable experience. I had never seen the Sportsground so packed and the atmosphere and excitement was incredible! I think that's still the record attendance at the Sportsground.

Most memorable game I have played in: That would probably be beating Wales in the U-20 World Cup pool stages in New Zealand last year. We got the four-try bonus point and that helped us qualify for the last four.

Favourite ground: I always enjoy playing in Crowley Park for Galwegians even though the grass is cut about five inches too long! There's a cracking atmosphere in Donnybrook for the schools cup as well.
