Ulster hopeful Ferris ready for Glasgow tie
Ulster are hopeful that Stephen Ferris will be fit to play in Friday's Heineken Cup tie against Glasgow, writes David Kelly.
The 27-year-old had a scan yesterday following the back spasm injury he sustained prior to the victory against Castres. Ferris had treatment over the weekend and a final call on his availability for the trip to Scotstoun will be made later in the week.
Nick Williams is said to be responding well to treatment on a rib injury, while Robbie Diack, Michael Allen and Declan Fitzpatrick all returned to light training with Mark Anscombe's squad yesterday.
