Leinster have confirmed that Brian O'Driscoll is suffering from concussion.

The Ireland centre was injured after tackling All Blacks second row Brodie Retallick in Sunday’s Autumn International.

He is now must adhere to the return to play rules and is unlikely to face Scarlets at the weekend.

He was unlikely to feature in the Pro12 match as the players involved in the Autumn series were likely to be rested by their provinces.
