Aviva to host crunch derby
Leinster's RaboDirect Pro12 clash with arch-rivals Munster has been moved to the Aviva Stadium.
Leinster have confirmed that the game, which will take place the weekend before the two sides open their Heineken Cup campaigns in November, has been switched from the RDS.
The date and time of the game between the Heineken Cup champions and the Celtic League winners has not yet been finalised, but a spokesperson for Leinster confirmed that it would take place at the Aviva Stadium.
"We will also be staging one of our Heineken Cup matches at the Aviva Stadium, but a decision on that will not be taken until we know the fixtures," said the spokesperson.
That Heineken Cup game may be the fixture against Bath who are likely to bring more supporters to Dublin than either Glasgow Warriors or Montpellier.
Leinster will open their RaboDirect Pro12 campaign away to Ospreys, while Munster will be at home to the Dragons, Connacht travel to Treviso and Ulster entertain Glasgow on the first weekend in September.
