APART from Ger Slattery, who was red-carded after half an hour, Saturday was a massive, old-school effort from the Cookies, who claimed the Limerick bragging rights with a 9-3 win over previously unbeaten Shannon. It was an example of how to play with 14 men and they could have scored a try late on.

Sam Coghlan-Murray (UCD)

UCD's backline is reading like a who's who of up-and-coming talent, but the mercurial Coghlan-Murray is a real gem. He is operating on the right wing, but has the ability to play across the back three and can break the line on a regular basis.
