The daughter of Pivotal got off the mark in good style at Ballinrobe in June and consigned a subsequent Fairyhouse flop to the past by getting her promising career back on track.

Chris Hayes had the 10-1 chance settled in midfield for much of the 10-furlong contest but she showed a good burst of speed to hit the front passing the furlong marker and knuckled down well to hold the strong challenge of Senyuman by a neck.

Prendergast said: "She ran at Fairyhouse the last day on very fast ground and she was better on that today. The dam won a Group 3 and while she is not as good as her, she is improving."

Jessica Harrington will look for suitable nursery opportunities for Billboard after the juvenile opened his account in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Maiden at Roscommon.

Gelded since his first two racecourse appearances when well held in Curragh maidens won by Sir John Hawkins and Australia earlier in the year, the son of Big Bad Bob was not without support on his third start.

Backed into 5-1 just before the off, Pat Smullen's charge rewarded the support with a half-length defeat of Can'thelpbelieving.

Harrington said: "He has been gelded since the Curragh. The drop in class and the experience of his two runs probably stood to him today. He'll go for a nursery now and we will step him up to a mile which I think will help him."

Ger Lyons and Colin Keane combined to good effect yet again with Angela's Dream in the I.F.A. Race Day Handicap.

The 14-1 shot was always in a handy position behind front-runners Target Acquired and Fastidious before moving to lead around a furlong and a half from home. He's Hot Rhythm came from the pack to give chase but the winner had two lengths to spare at the line.

Assistant trainer Shane Lyons said: "We probably ran her back a bit too quick the last day, so we freshened her up and she loves this type of track, she won here last month.

"Colin gave her a good canny ride. She had a bad draw but he got a nice lead. She is as genuine as the day is long, though she wouldn't want it any softer."
