Who are Pacos de Ferreira?
They were founded in 1950 and have won the Portuguese second division on three occasions. They have been in the top flight since 2005 and have qualified for Europe on two occasions. They finished bottom in 2008, but were reinstated after Boavista were punished for financial irregularities. They play in a stadium with a capacity narrowly in excess of 5,000 in the municipality of Pacos De Ferreira. The city is in the Porto district and has a population of just 8,500. It is home to numerous furniture manufacturing plants. Burnley midfielder Andre Bikey spent a brief period with Pacos de Ferreira in 2003.
