Table-toppers Demons ready for Killester test

Lehmon Colbert of C&S UCC Demons is ready for the first-versus-second clash against Killester on Sunday

It's first against second in the Men's Premier League in Cork as C&S UCC Demons play host to Killester.

The Dublin side trail Demons by just three points, with Sunday's result expected to go a long way to deciding the destination of the 2014 title.

Tonight sees Dublin Inter take on UL Eagles in a must-win game for the Limerick side as they fight for a play-off spot. Inter are in action again tomorrow when they face Bord Gais Neptune.

Elsewhere, DCU Saints entertain SSE Renewables Moycullen, while Belfast Star make the journey to Dublin to take on UCD Marian.

UL Eagles will play their second game of the weekend against bottom side Templeogue on Sunday afternoon.

Meanwhile, in the women's Premier League, leaders UL Huskies welcome a revived Liffey Celtics to Limerick tomorrow.

Second-placed DCU Mercy will be hoping to keep in touch with Huskies when they play WIT Wildcats on Sunday.

Local Cork rivals Team Montenotte Hotel Cork and Singleton SuperValu Brunell go head-to-head tomorrow, while Brunell are also in action on Sunday when they face a tough Killester side in the Parochial Hall.
