Kerry footballer Kieran Donaghy has been named on a 20-man Irish senior squad by new head coach Pete Strickland.

Since Kerry's defeat in the All-Ireland championship last summer, Donaghy has been concentrating on basketball with Garvey's Tralee Warriors.

Templeogue's Neil Randolph, brother to Ireland goalkeeper Darren, also makes the squad, who will gather for their first training session in April.
