Team Sky rider Nicolas Roche has returned to training today after being bitten by a spider last week in Australia.
The Vuelta stage winner and Irish Independent columnist had been training on the Gold Coast in Australia when he was bitten by a spider and hospitalised as a result.
Roche, who is only recently back to training after his honeymoon, was off the bike for four days as a result.
He posted a picture of the bite on his Twitter account.

The 31-year-old, who played a leading role as a "minder" when his Sky team mate Chris Froome won this year's Tour de France title, tied the knot with Spanish beauty Deborah Robles in October.
