IRELAND boss Garry Cahill has warned his players they will underestimate Estonia at their peril in this weekend's Davis Cup clash in Dublin.

With Estonian talisman Jurgen Zopp ruled out because of a back injury, the odds have shifted dramatically in favour of the home side for the Europe-Africa Group Two first-round tie at the David Lloyd Riverview club.

"Obviously Zopp is a big loss for the Estonians," said Cahill of a player who is at No 89 in the world rankings.

"But we won't be taking anything for granted. Even without Zopp, the Estonians will be strong enough."

Play opens today (4.0) with James McGee facing Jaan Kononov, followed by Sam Barry against Vladimir Ivanov.
