Boxing: McCloskey eyes Khan

BOXING: After his conclusive win in Letterkenny over the weekend, Derry light-welterweight Paul McCloskey is now looking towards a clash with world champion Amir Khan.

"It's one of the options we have our eyes on," said the Derry southpaw, who retained his European title by stopping Scotland's Barry Morrison in the seventh round.

Elsewhere, Limerick middleweight Andy Lee impressed fans when he topped the bill in Hammond, Indiana by stopping rugged Troy Lowry from Minnesota in the fourth round.
