'He's an absolute p***y' - Conor McGregor goads Urijah Faber on tonight's The Ultimate Fighter
It seems as though Conor McGregor was happy to pass some of the time hurling abuse at Urijah Faber, while the two were opposing coaches on season 22 of the reality TV show.
Of course, McGregor has other recent history Faber, having defeated the American's Team Alpha Male stablemate Chad Mendes to capture the UFC's interim featherweight title in July. In fact the pair even had a scuffle just prior to weigh-ins for UFC 189, so being in close proximity to one another for six weeks was bound to lead to additional hostility.
Watch here, as McGregor tells Faber exactly what he thinks of another teammate of his, bantamweight champion TJ Dillishaw, who had just defended his crown against Renan Barao. McGregor apparently thinks Faber should take on the man he once mentored.
Tonight's episode is the third in the current series, which sees McGregor coach a group of European fighters against Faber's American charges.
