With dual weight world champion Conor McGregor looking on, SBG team mate Artem Lobov delivered the performance of his career so far to take a unanimous decision win over Teruto Ishihara.

Lobov looked on fire in the first two rounds having his way with the Japanese fighter. ‘The Russian Hammer’ stalked his opponent around the ring and landed frequently without much opposition from Ishihara.

Just as Lobov seemed to be coasting towards an emphatic win Ishihara dropped the adopted Dubliner with a heavy shot of his own. Lobov dug deep and weathered the storm.

Once back on the feet he resumed his attacks and managed some takedowns. The final one coming just as the ten second clapper sounded.

Watching and shadow boxing Octagonside, McGregor scaled the fence once the fight concluded to celebrate with his team mate.

Lobov took a unanimous decision win in his most impressive performance to date.
