Conor McGregor: I have as much sex as possible

Conor McGregor has revealed one of the secrets to his success - as much sex as possible.
The Irish fighter, who goes head to head next Saturday night against Chad Mendes for the interim belt in the UFC featherweight division in Las Vegas, was speaking on Conan O'Brien last night in an interview where he compared himself to a gorilla, spoke of Jose Aldo's fear and his ambition to fight Floyd Mayweather some day.
"Movement is something that I am obsessed with and animals' movement is certainly one of those. To watch animals in their natural habitat and hunt their prey is pretty spectacular," said McGregor.
"I am fascinated by the gorilla. The control of their core is something special."
McGregor also spoke of superstition in sport and how, in his opinion, it is just another form of fear.
When asked about sex the night before a fight, McGregor said: "That is most certainly a superstition that I do not abide by. I definitely have as much sex as possible."
Jose Aldo withdrew from next weekend's UFC189 card with a rib injury despite doctors giving him the all clear to fight and McGregor has no doubt that the Brazilian is simply running scared.
"The man is running scared. I cannot force a man who is not willing to fight into the Octagon. I don't blame him, I wouldn't want to fight me either.
"I was going to destroy him. He has been medically cleared to fight, doctors saw him, examined him. He went and saw a gynecologist and as it turns out it was just a little period."
With Aldo out of the equation, it is Mendes who McGregor will face in the MGM next week and the latter has matched the Irishman in terms of trash talk in the build up to the bout.
"He can talk all he wants but face to face, man to man they crumble and every time I face one of these individuals they break so he will be no different."
McGregor has made no secret of his belief that he is the best pound for pound fighter in the world, a statement that has irked Floyd Mayweather in the past and now McGregor has called the boxer out again.
"If you are asking if I would like to fight Floyd, I mean who would not like to dance around the ring for $180m. If we were to fight, I certainly know he would not want to step into my world of pure unarmed combat but I would certainly like to step into his world and I would certainly box him if the opportunity arose, most certainly.
"If we were to get it on I would certainly dismantle him also."
