Anthony Foley is in the process of identifying his back-room team for next season and his first appointment will see former colleague Micko come on board on July 1st.

O'Driscoll enjoyed a distinguished 14-year career with the province and  a two-year stint with French side Perpignan. He also has 23 international caps.

Commenting on his new appointment Mick O'Driscoll said, "I am really looking forward to working with Anthony, Niall and the team again. I was immersed in the Munster way for over a decade, playing at the top level in Ireland and France, and I believe I can call on that wealth of experience in this new role."
